Your card, already on screen.

Walk into Coles or Woolworths and LoyalMe has your loyalty card waiting on your lock screen and your watch. No unlocking, no app hunting, no holding up the queue.

How it works

Set it up once. Then forget it exists.

  1. Add your card

Point your camera at the barcode on your physical card, or type the number. LoyalMe works out the right barcode format.

  2. Go shopping

That's it. No buttons, no check-in. LoyalMe notices when you're at a Coles or Woolworths, even deep inside where GPS gives up.

  3. Scan and go

At the checkout your barcode is already on the lock screen and your wrist. Big, bright and ready for the scanner.

Try it

Take a walk to the shops

Move between the stops and watch your lock screen and watch keep up. Underneath are the clues LoyalMe weighs to decide where you are.

The clues

    Under the hood

Supermarkets are terrible places for GPS

Concrete roofs, steel shelving, a shopping centre on top. So LoyalMe doesn't lean on one signal. It combines a handful, all worked out on your phone.

~2,000Coles and Woolworths stores built in, so it works offline from the first launch
~2 µsto rank every store in Australia against where you're standing
0 msof thinking when your screen turns on. The barcode's already on the lock screen

    The app

    Simple on purpose

    Wear OS

Leave your phone in your pocket

Your card opens on your watch when you arrive and stays there while you shop. Lower your wrist and it waits. Raise it at the checkout and the barcode's back.

    • Opens by itself when you reach the store
    • Swipe between cards in a two-store centre
    • A Tile for any time you want it

    Private by design

Where you shop is your business

LoyalMe needs your location to work. So it keeps it to itself. Everything's worked out on your phone, and nothing comes back to us.

    Questions

    Good to know

Is LoyalMe made by Coles or Woolworths?

No. LoyalMe is an independent app. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Coles Group, Woolworths Group, Flybuys or Everyday Rewards.

Do I still get my points?

Yes. The checkout scans the same barcode that's on your physical card, so it's exactly as if you'd handed the card over.

Why does it ask for location “all the time”?

So your card can be on the lock screen before you've even taken your phone out. If you'd rather choose “only while using the app”, LoyalMe still works. It just finds your store when you open it.

    Will it flatten my battery?

It's built not to. LoyalMe leans on Android's own geofences and on location fixes other apps have already asked for, instead of running the GPS all day.

What if my store isn't on the map?

Open the Stores tab while you're there and pin it. LoyalMe also learns that spot's Wi-Fi, so it recognises it next time. The store list refreshes weekly too.

    Does it work without signal?

Yes. The store list, your cards and the barcodes all live on your phone, so a dead zone in the back of the supermarket doesn't matter.

    Is there an iPhone version?

Not right now. LoyalMe is for Android phones and Wear OS watches.

Stop digging for your Flybuys card.

LoyalMe is on Google Play for Android and Wear OS. Add your card, go shopping, and let your lock screen do the rest.

    The fine print

LoyalMe is an independent app and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Coles Group, Woolworths Group, Flybuys or Everyday Rewards. All trademarks belong to their owners. Store detection depends on your phone's location, Wi-Fi and battery settings, so now and then it may pick the shop next door. Your card is always one tap away in the app.

Side effects may include: shorter queues behind you, a lighter wallet (the leather kind), and a strange urge to walk into Woolworths just to watch it work.
